Our core team is based in Batam, Indonesia and United Kingdom, so all customized items will be dispatched from these locations depending which is the nearest.

For ready products, if you place your order before 2pm, it will be dispatched the next day. 

Most of our customized products require 2-3 working days to process and may take 4-7 days depending on the complexity.

For shipping within the United Kingdom, we offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders via Royal Mail, which take around 2-5 days. Shipping within Indonesia takes around 2-7 days. For international deliveries, please expect 7-14 working days.
